What is the ScratchBoard? A scratchboard is a place where you jot ideas, brainstorm solutions and have a meeting of the minds. This blog is a place where you can come to openly discuss all things real estate. Jot ideas, find ways to better handle the ups and downs of the current real estate market. Be kept in on what is going on around our community in real estate. This is an open forum to ask questions, get answers and find out where the market really stands in our local community.
